Norah Finch grew up in Milton, Massachusetts and has been an artist for as long as she can remember. She is now a senior at the University of Connecticut, majoring in Digital Media and Design with a concentration in 3D Animation. She excels in her work and has been awarded a Fine Arts scholarship and earned a place on the School of Fine Arts Dean’s List every semester. 

 

She first fell in love with the artform during an introductory animation class. She reveled in the ability to create in a medium that challenged her both creatively and technically. She finds inspiration in both the mundanity and extravagance of life. Whether it be through modeling an ornate bathroom, simulating a dark winter’s night, or exploring humanity through her 3D-animated senior project.
